Experimenting with different mediums gives a lot of flexibility when deciding   what to paint.

I like to find pictures of things I like...flowers, birds...landscapes...and then   come up with my own interpretation of how I want it to look.

I use acrylic paints, watercolors, and watercolor pencils, which I absolutely   love.   The pencils allow me to draw my design out and then fill it in by adding

a wet brush to paint the actual picture.

Paint pouring is a fun and creative way to make abstract, one of a kind   pictures.  You can use any number of colors and pouring patterns when you   use this technique.  No two come out the same and that is the beauty of it.
